Genuinely amazed by the level of service here. Their food is amazing. I personally enjoy their soy chaaps. Its my go to when I want a quick bite. Their service is great: always welcoming, smiling and hardworking: especially Aman. Service is also quick. I have been there several times.. but always found the place to be clean and sanitised. Jassi Chef inside will make best chaap for you. Harleen’s Customer service on top. She goes way beyond for us make arrangements whatever we need and she greets us with a good smile. And food oh man oh man , So tasty and so good will recommend every single guy in Brampton and Ontario.
Yesterday, I ordered two takeout dishes from this restaurant: Achari Champ and Tandoori Masala Champ. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were much smaller than expected, which made the meal disappointing. I also hope the restaurant focuses on serving fresh, handmade food rather than using frozen products. Overall, it was not the experience I was expecting.

Here's a warm and genuine review you could post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5/5** I had an amazing experience at **Punjabi Chaap Corner**! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My absolute favorites are the **Tawa Chaap** and **Soya Malai Chaap**—both are incredibly delicious, full of authentic flavors, and a must-try for anyone visiting. What made my experience even better was the excellent customer service. The manager, **Nancy**, is so sweet, welcoming, and friendly. She makes every customer feel valued and ensures everyone has a great dining experience. If you're looking for tasty vegetarian food with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Punjabi Chaap Corner. I'll definitely be coming back again!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I had to share it. I ordered the spring rolls, and they were clearly reheated rather than freshly prepared. They were dry, chewy, and tasted old. I couldn't even finish them because the quality was so poor. I'm not writing this review to ask for a refund. I simply want the management to take food quality seriously. Customers pay for fresh, well-prepared food, and serving reheated items is not acceptable. I also hope the staff and management pay more attention to quality control before serving food. Small improvements in freshness and consistency can make a big difference in the customer experience. I genuinely hope this location improves its food quality so future customers have a much better experience.

⭐ 1/5 Stars – Absolutely Disgusting & UnprofessionalI would highly recommend avoiding Punjabi Chaap Corner. We ordered two chaap wraps and three plates of chaap biryani, and they contained multiple strands of hair. It was completely unhygienic and stomach-turning. When we called the restaurant to complain about this major health code violation, their customer service was a joke. They refused to fix the entire order, offering to replace only two of the three contaminated meals. To make matters worse, the staff handling the situation was incredibly dismissive. When I asked to speak with the manager, the woman claimed she was the manager but stated she had no way to contact the owner. She then claimed that the "head chef handles everything" and refused to provide any real accountability or a proper resolution. Save your money and your appetite. The food safety here is nonexistent, and the management has zero regard for customer service. Never coming back to this location and never recommending it to anyone.

Ordered thru Uber, no attention to order. The quality have taken a steep downturn, not just once but everytime in the last 2 months. They sell uncooked food, and fill the portions with onions. Pathetic!

What is surprising as is that all chaap rolls are not vegan friendly. Very limited options for vegans in an all vegetarian restaurant is disappointing. I think they are leaving a lot business out because of this. Ordered a Paneer Tikka Roll. First the roll gets wrapped in a tortilla which is not preferred. Shouldn’t it be in a naan or, paratha or roomali roti? IMO - Tortilla is more appropriate for fajita. The paneer enough, but the spice needed a little more kick of spices. It also needs some crunch to get some texture.

I first tried Punjabi Chaap Corner in Calgary and was honestly shocked to find that authentic chaap taste in Canada. I remember thinking, “I wish they would open in Edmonton!” And now that they have, they’re making me spend money there almost every week 😂. The food is seriously so good. You can tell from the taste that it’s not the usual canned chaap. Everything is full of flavor, and I’ve honestly tried almost every item on the menu by now. Every time I go, I end up wanting to try something else. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the chai. I’ve ordered it a few times and it always tastes a bit stale to me, and I’d love to see a little more dudh in it. Other than that, no complaints at all. If you’re craving good chaap, this place is a must-visit. Absolutely love the food!

Had a wonderful experience at Punjabi Chaap Corner! I ordered the Malai Chaap and Paneer Tikka, and both were incredibly delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The chaap was creamy and tender, while the paneer tikka had an amazing smoky taste. I also tried their sweets, which were fresh and absolutely mouthwatering. The quality of food and authentic flavors truly stood out. A great place for vegetarian food lovers. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be visiting again! 😊🍽️✨

Tried Champ after almost 2 years in Canada and it brought back the same taste as India. We tried the Amritsari Champ. The food was flavourful, perfectly cooked, and not overly spicy, which made it even more enjoyable. Also, a special mention to the girl at the front for guiding us so well with the menu and recommendations. Great experience overall and definitely worth visiting again!

A big disappointment!! Tried 4 snacks from their menu and none of them stood out. Amritsari soya champ was tasteless- no spice or flavour at all- it was just butter and cream mixed with champ. It is supposed to be their core item and it was under cooked. Afgani momos were even worst- could only take one bite and threw rest- they were soggy snd tasteless. Noodle spring rolls were average- i have had better at other places. Paneer tika wrap was the only saving grace of the meal

Had an amazing experience at Punjabi Chaap Corner! The food was absolutely delicious — every bite was full of flavor and tasted fresh and authentic. A special thanks to Nancy for her excellent service. She was very quick, friendly, and made sure we got the best recommendations. The food she suggested was so tasty and perfectly served. Highly recommend this place for great food and outstanding customer service!
Ordered Malai chaap. First of all, they took 35 to 40 minutes just to make their core dish and to be honest I can make better at home. Totally disappointed. I came 35 kilometres away just try chaap. Really bad experience, I recommend not to eat chaap, but try something else. Might be good! This is first and last visit at this place.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered Amritsari chaap, but it was completely tasteless and had a very bad smell. It didn’t feel fresh at all. Honestly, it didn’t even seem like proper chaap—just felt like plain maida with no flavor or quality. This was a total waste of money and very frustrating. I would not recommend this place at all. Very poor quality and unacceptable food standards.

Order food from food delivery app for first time from this location, usually we order from the Brampton one. The food was disgusting and stale, order one malai chaap and one kulcha. Kulcha was so stiff could not break bites or chew and in addition to all this chaap had a thread in it god knows where it came from. Do not recommend this restaurant at all Please start taking food delivery apps' orders seriously, we spend as much money if not more than your walk in customers.

This is literally the worst chaap ever. For $15 each the quantity is not enough. The taste is just bunch of spice and no softness. Such a disappointment. We just ordered from door dash and had one bite and it was right away a NO. Unfortunately the experience was not worth the time we spent waiting for the order and money spent.

Every bite was rich and satisfying. A special thanks to Noor for taking our order, so kind despite it being closing time. She was very humble, patient, and provided excellent service without making us feel rushed at all. Her warm attitude really made the experience even better. Great food and even better hospitality—definitely recommend!

I just received my DoorDash order, and it smells bad and stale. You should not accept orders if you are serving food like this. What if I get food poisoning? If you’re that eager to close the store, then please don’t serve bad food. I have to just throw my money into bin. Thank-you

I ordered the BOGO PCC Special Wrap and was extremely disappointed. The wrap was tasteless, undercooked, and had a strong oily smell. The tortilla wasn’t cooked properly either. After two bites, I felt sick and had to throw the food away. I’ve tried PCC wraps from other locations and they were delicious and generously sized. This time the wraps were very small, almost like one portion was split into two. The front desk girl was friendly and welcoming — great customer service. Unfortunately, the food quality was unacceptable. Even as a BOGO offer, it felt misleading. I hope management looks into this and improves consistency and quality.

Met Anchal in this restaurant. She was very helpfilul and courteous in suggesting me right chaap for my taste. Had amritsari chaap and totally enjoyed it. It was tangy and bit spicy that was very tasty. I will come there again. 2nd visit: i ordered amritsari chaap again which was again excellent. Quality and consistency in taste was there. I also ordered paninpuri. I got thela(spicy), chatpata and garlic water for panipuri. pani puri water was also very delicious. I also loved their customer service. Will visit this place again.

In terms of food, full marks for the taste and quantity.I have been taking my food from this place for about 3 years now. It has always been a great choice to get Indian vegetarian, chaap-based dishes. The best ones that I liked are chaap-biryani, tandoori masala chaap, and lassi. It is my go-to place for a quick takeout when I crave Punjabi-style Indian food. They have been upgrading the place since I started coming here, so it's good to see those little upgrades.

The Amritsari Chaap here is rich, flavourful, and served sizzling hot. The chaap pieces are tender with a well-balanced masala that delivers true North Indian taste. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the overall flavour and quality make it worth trying for chaap lovers in Brampton.

This was, without question, one of the worst food service experiences I have ever had. The order I received was completely wrong, and the food itself was so disgusting it was genuinely inedible. What makes this even more infuriating is the complete lack of accountability from the staff. When I reached out for help, I spoke with Gurjunt, who simply told me to reorder through Uber because there was “no manager on duty.” This response was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they pushed the problem back onto me and expected me to pay again for their error. The fact that a business can operate with such carelessness, zero quality control, and no management support is unbelievable. I wasted my money, my time, and my patience — and I left with nothing but frustration. I will never order from here again, and I strongly warn others to stay far away. Places that treat customers like this do not deserve your business.
